Nia Orms is a New York born write and performer. She has studied with Stella Adler, New Actors Workshop, Ann Ratray, and JoAnna Beckson. She attended Colgate University and Hunter College. Upon the success of her first One Woman Show, Shortys.

Nia has brought 10 of her New York City characters to Los Angeles where she is performing her new show Please Take A Number and developing television, film and literary projects inspired from her shows. ALGENY is her first feature film.
